美國有關衛生部門已正式公告:65歲以上標準血壓150/90,80歲以上的正常老人,160甚至170也可以。

多年來我們統統受過去著重醫療商業利益“老標準”(不能超過120)的數字影響太大了,對六七十歲以上的老人造成極大不必要的高血壓心理負擔!

正常收縮壓=吳氏計算收縮壓=(82+年齡)

例:75歲= 82 + 75 = 157

【結論】

正常收縮壓:男性= 82 +年齡,女性= 80 +年齡,

健康(正常)指標:實測收縮壓=正常收縮壓。

北醫三院院長郭銘雄(璁琦)102大夫告訴,70歲以上的人高血壓不能低於130,否則極易產生體位低血壓暈倒,高血壓在150〜130之間較為安全,寧可高一點,別低。

血糖也是如此,隨年齡的增加適當放寬標準,60歲以上糖尿病人空腹血糖控制在6.5左右,70歲以上控制7.5左右,80歲以上大多時間不超過8.0,偶爾在8.5左右就可以了,老年人低血糖危害更可怕。願每個家庭都有一個懂健康的人!
